The gap

The tooling for measuring AI search visibility was either expensive subscription software at $499–$2,000 per month or a single-engine vanity score. Neither helped agencies sell GEO services. Neither helped brands ship a fix plan.

Most "AI visibility" tools answered a narrow question: did your brand show up for this one prompt? They left the much harder question — what should we change first — untouched.

The approach
